This page explains exactly what this site stores on your device and when.
No advertising or cookie-based analytics loads until you click Accept. Not the tag, not the cookies, not a pageview ping to Google. If you decline, or never answer, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, those tags never run at all. Nothing on this site is requested from Google before you choose. The typefaces are served from our own domain, and the one thing that does run regardless is Cloudflare's cookieless page-view count, listed below.

These do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising. There is no way to turn them off and still have a working, protected site.

We run Google Ads to reach organizations in Los Angeles and Orange counties that need a security assessment. These cookies tell us whether that spending produces real inquiries. They are the only reason we ask.
How the choice is enforced
The site uses Google Consent Mode with all four advertising and analytics signals set to denied before anything loads: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage. The two remaining signals, functionality_storage and security_storage, are granted; they cover the site working and the anti-spam check, not advertising. On top of that, the Google tag itself is not added to the page until you accept. Declining leaves the site fully functional. Nothing on this site is gated behind accepting cookies.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a privacy extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline automatically. You will not see the banner and no advertising or cookie-based analytics tags will load. You do not have to do anything else.
Changing your mind
Click COOKIE SETTINGS in the footer of any page to bring the banner back and choose again. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings, which resets the choice entirely.
To remove cookies Google has already set, use your browser's site data controls, or Google's own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.
